Theresa Safe is the SVP of Business Enablement at Clover Health where she is accountable for providing technology enablement support for Clover Health Corporate, as well as Clover’s multiple lines of business. Her organization is made up of the Corporate IT, Security, Data and HealthTech teams. Theresa joined Clover in 2018 as Chief of Staff to Andrew Toy, where she focused on a variety of strategic initiatives across the company. Prior to joining Clover Health, Theresa held a number of positions across Business Operations and IT at Pivotal Software, culminating her time there as Sr. Director of Business Enablement & Chief of Staff to the CIO. Her experience with Pivotal spanned from the initial spinout from EMC and VMWare in 2013 through a successful IPO in 2018, partnering across the company to establish operational autonomy and a successful, scaleable subscription business. Theresa began her career at Accenture, and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
