Rachel Fish
Rachel is the Chief People Officer at Clover Health where she oversees all strategic development and management of people operations and corporate administrative functions. Her organization includes the HR, Talent, Facilities, Learning and Organizational Development, Culture Inclusion & Diversity and Executive Support teams. A long time devotee to Clover's growth and mission, she started as Chief of Staff to the CEO and evolved over the years into her current role. Prior to Clover, Rachel held multiple executive-level roles at Mesirow Financial, including Senior Vice President of National Operations, where she worked cross-functionally with senior leadership to operationalize the firm's long-term strategic plan. Rachel earned her BS in Finance and Economics from Albany State University.
