Karen Soares is the Chief Legal Officer at Clover Health, where she oversees all of Clover’s legal functions. This includes, among other areas, Clover’s Privacy & Information Security, Corporate Compliance & Government Affairs, Procurement, and Litigation, functions. With 20 years of experience, Karen clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, before working as a Litigation Associate at Fried Frank, a leading global law firm. Prior to Clover, Karen was the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Analyte Health, a telehealth company. Karen earned her A.B. from Dartmouth College and her J.D. from the Law School of the University of Chicago.
