Senator Bob Torricelli
Robert G. Torricelli. Mr. Torricelli is the founder of Rosemont Associates, a government affairs consulting firm he established in 2002, and a founder and partner of Woodrose Properties, a real estate investment firm he established in 2003. Mr. Torricelli has served as a director of Clover Health’s insurance subsidiaries since 2022 and he also serves as a director of Glassbridge Enterprises, an asset management and sports investment platform, a position he has held since February 2017, and as a trustee of the Rosemont Foundation, a private grantmaking foundation, since February 2007. From March 2007 to at least February 2012, Mr. Torricelli served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Aveta, Inc., a healthcare services company. Before entering private business, he represented New Jersey in the U.S. Senate from January 1997 to January 2003 and in the U.S. House of Representatives from January 1983 to January 1997. Mr. Torricelli earned his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Rutgers University and his Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University. We believe Mr. Torricelli is qualified to serve on our Board of Directors due to his extensive experience in government affairs, public service, healthcare operations, business, real estate investment and board service.
